  1 DC socket, male
  1 PCB

  1 Mini DB15P socket, female
  1 RCA socket, female
  1 S-Video female socket

  1 Analog Devices AD724
  1 25pF, variable capacitor. Doesn't need to be exactly this value.
  1 4.43Mhz crystal (PAL)

  1 10K ohm resistor
  6 75 ohm resistors

  3 220uF capacitors
  5 0.1uF (100nF) capacitors
  2 10uF capacitors

  Some wire and board connectors, of course.
