The Wurlitzer Mini-Bubbler PC

Insides

This is the Wurlitzer mini-jukebox, gutted. The only components left power the neon lights and bubbler, which are attached to the upper-right edge, out of the way.
Believe it or not, I'm proud of the design of the upper level.

To line the DVD-ROM drive up with the opening in the front, it had to be put on a shelf. There's just enough space below the shelf for the power supply. The hard disk rests on top of the DVD-ROM, turned 90 degrees because the fake record player area uses up much of the space.

The extension cord is velcroed to the base of the upper level. It has both the computer and the power for the neon lights plugged in.

A USB Wi-Fi (wireless internet) adapter is attached to top of the cabinet. This should give the best signal. The other end of the cable is connected to a USB connector on the motherboard, so it doesn't use one of the ports in the back.
The cabinet used to have good sized speakers attached to the two sides of the lower level, with slots cut for the sound to get out. I replaced the speakers with two fans, one blowing out and one blowing in, giving good airflow right over the motherboard and processor.
The motherboard fits into the space, but just barely. This is a mini-ITX motherboard, a micro-ATX motherboard would not fit.

A USB Bluetooth station is attached to the top of the lower level, and connected to a USB connector on the motherboard. This is used for the wireless keyboard and mouse.

This is how it looks with the back off. Everything fits, but there's no room for much else.
