A few of people have been pestering me for this, so here it is!

BTW, this list was compiled according to my best recollection, since all the parts are now a living and breathing part of the cabinet, and so are not easily counted, measured, or inventoried.  Since I didn't keep receipts for this stuff, I don't have prices or even names for some of the parts!  Don't blame me, I've already done most of the work for you...

Building materials: (purchased at Home Depot unless otherwise noted)

• 3X - 4x8' sheets 3/4" black melamine - lumberyard (outside of cab)

• 1X - 4x8 sheet 3/4" plywood - lumberyard (inside and bottom of cab)

• 2X - 4x8 sheet Wilsonart laminate - lumberyard (D341-60 Marigold)

• 2x - 50' roll iron-on melamine edging (black) - lumberyard

• 1 gallon Formica contact cement (lumberyard)

• 1X - 30x40" sheet 1/8" Lexan (control panels)

• 1X - 30X40" sheet 1/4" Lexan (monitor and marquee)

• 2X - 5" Vinyl Door Knob and Wall Shield (locking plates)

• 6X - Roller Latches 

• 1X - 10' length of marquee retainer - Happ Controls

• 3X - #8 x 1 1/2" wood screws box of 100

• 8X - 1/4" x 1 1/2" carriage bolts (coin door / security bar)

• 8X - 3/8" x 1 1/2" hex bolts (front swivel casters)

• 2X - 3" cabinet wheel assembly (L-shaped bracket) - Happ Controls

• 2X - 4" heavy duty swivel casters w/lock

• 3X - 36" continuous hinge (piano hinge) (front door and hinging panels)

• 1X - 3' length aluminum vanity mirror clip (bezel glass)

• 3X - window screen clips (bezel glass)

• 4X - Hidden hardware cabinet hinges (rear door) - contractor's warehouse

• 6X - 6' length of 1x1" pine - True Value
