The PC hardware was fairly easy to install. The specs are the highest I've ever dealt with: ASUS 800 FSB Motherboard, 3 GHz Pentium IV, 1 Gig RAM, 160 GB HD, Pioneer DVD+-R/RW optical drive. But, the parts still plug together about the same.
I had to build a shelf for the optical drive, so that it lines up with the hole. The optical drive is connected to the shelf with angle brackets. The hard disk is below the shelf.
Four fans provide a lot of airflow through the cabinet. The two fans on the front suck air in, the two fans on the top blow air out.
To have the two computers work in harmony, they both need to be attached to the net, so there is a five-port ethernet switch on the basis. Also, I have a device called a Net Disk, a hard disk connected to the network that both computers can access at will.

The case is lit with blue cathode tubes. Also, the four fans are lit. Fortunately, these are not neon tubes, so don't seem to add to the heating.
I've used the cathode tubes in Killer Pizza, but the effect is much more dramatic in this case.
I took more care than usual to clean up the cables, because people will be looking inside through the window.
