I usually like to promote more obscure games for the GOTD, but Garou: MOTW is just too good to keep down (hopefully not everyone has tried it). Keep in mind I am not an expert at fighting games, so their depth is a little lost on me. When I play the game it is at a much more superficial level than extreme fans of the genre. So my love of the game doesn't necessarily take into account long term playability. But, Garou has everything going for it... Unbelievable graphics, smooth controls, a good collision system, lots of special moves and lots of different ways to attack, defend, parry, etc.
